Returns & Refund Policy
1) You have 14 days from the time of receiving your order to make a return request.
2) Should you wish to return and item, you must notify us first in writing to email@example.com and one of the customer service team representatives will assist you with the return process.
3) The item must be not have been used and must be in it its original packaging.
4) Should the original packaging have been damaged or discarded by you or the item has been used in anyway, we will not be able to assist with any refund or process a return.
5) The customer is required to pay return shipping. All returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee of the order value.
6) Once the item is received back to us, then the item will be inspected for the issues you have raised. If the issues/complaint raised are found not to be present, we will not be able to provide a refund.
7) Upon inspection of the item/s and the issue/complaint raised are found to be true, we will notify you by email and a refund of the amount you paid, minus a 10% restocking fee of the order value will be applied and the monies remaining owed to you will be sent to the payment method you used when purchasing on the website.
1) Please thoroughly inspect your order once you receive it delivered.
2) In the rare case you find any damages, please make note of it before signing with the courier and have the courier sign on the delivery form the damages you have noticed.
3) Please also take pictures of any damages and send them via email to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and within a maximum of 24 hours in order for us to be able to assist you.
4) We will not be able to assist you with damage claims if you dont not inspect the items and inform us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
